As Ile de France Relais d’Entreprises ambassador, I wish you a happy new year 2020.

On the subjects of teleworking and third places, Relais d’Entreprises is already taking care of a dynamic future and many actions are planned for 2020. Thus:

• The Great National Survey aimed at measuring the added value of Third Places compared to teleworking at home, the restitution of the results of which will be an opportunity to target the HRDs of companies in the Large Cities to which the inhabitants of your territories go.
• Presence on January 16 and 17 at the Paris Labor and Mobility Fair. A participation reinforced by the animation of a round table on January 17 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on third places as tools of territorial attractiveness.
• The implementation of the principle of valuing the positive externalities of telework.
• The creation of a database of Employers who rent spaces in third places. Thus, the tenants of some will certainly be the tenants of others.
• The increased presence in national media is also under study.
• The establishment of a platform of referenced suppliers …

Otherwise :

• We are a Leader in studies of opportunity (with more than twenty studies carried out in 2019);
• We are still the only national brand of third places of activity in rural and peri-urban areas with a number of affiliates which borders on the hundred;
• Our notoriety is growing and the news is consolidating the visionary side of the “telework in third places” solution which, gradually, is emerging as relevant;
• Driven by the market, we were led to integrate new services and in particular assistance with marketing, management and animation of third places, support in setting up telework, third party auditing existing places and more generic studies related to the development of territories…
