Tourism and land of the two Morins is a project combining tourism, network of actors and local development. It was a matter of putting into action a territory, close to a large operator (Disney) in order to create a shared and professionalized tourist and leisure offer. In order to carry out the diagnosis, I intervened, within the framework of regional funding (CEDP), to advocate the specifications of the project and to set up a network of tourism and leisure operators (70 members). Animation and development, professionalization, training, shared offers were the main part of this long-term project. This support allowed to be the winner of the national project “seniors, a growing market for companies” and to carry out a mission of territorial design, first of its kind, in the context of the silver economy.
