Sustainable Development and Agenda 21

I am interested, through the stakes of the collective awareness and to do together, to carry out actions of sustainable development. As mayor of Savins, I realized the Local Agenda 21 of the smallest community of Ile de France. An accompaniment that I pursue with Bray sur Seine. This allowed me to develop times of collective animation, the involvement of the citizens and to realize long-term actions (Land’Art Festival, Municipal Youth Council, Bois de Seine …). In this context, I was also able to collaborate with Christian Buchet, a national specialist, and experiment with “desirable development”, that is to say, development adapted to the typology of the territory and the local context. Diagnosis, coordination of meetings, implementation of action sheets, development, monitoring and evaluation are all part of the competences necessary for the successful implementation of these missions.
