Planète Chanvre project

Planète Hemp is a project that originally brought together farmers, elected officials and a training center (La Bretonnière) around the issue of eco-materials, new practices and the residential economy. My work mainly focuses on the diagnosis of feasibility and the accompaniment of a collective of farmers to create a process of production and transformation of hemp for use in the building. The feasibility part was then supplemented by a financial expertise carried out by the Ademe agency. I had the opportunity to re-intervene a few years later to animate a day of strategic reflection for the development of the company.
