Mission Algeria, 2nd episode

After a first intervention at the end of 2014, in the framework of a European accompaniment (PASEA – Program of Support to the Employment Sector in Algeria), for which my mission was to train the directors of employment of the Wilayas, I re-offend for new adventures.
Direction Bechar, on the edge of the desert and the Moroccan border, as accompanist of the operational deployment of the Cap Jeunesse platform which stems from the same program but in its declension PAJE (Youth Employment Support Program). In the framework of a mission lasting more than 4 months, it is a question of accompanying the experimentation of a support tool of the young public which will also be tested on three other places.

Its main objectives are to support:
– the operationalization of the service offer
– Support the development of networks and partnerships with local actors
– To encourage exchanges of practice between different places and with different stakeholders
The operation is then intended to be generalized.
The challenge is interesting and offers me to work on unknown lands and in a cultural context quite different even if it is, here too, a question of rurality.
